Say hello to the latest dancer to join the Rouge line up: Jess! A graduate of The Hammond School, along with our ballerina Charlie, Jess has stepped off of the cruise ships and is putting her showgirl experience, smoking hot looks and sizzling demeanour to good use as a Rougie.
She has joined us recently in some big performances for Showtime Cabaret at Cafe de Paris, Black Cat Cabaret, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang in Cornwall, Lyceum Fire and Ice at the Troxy, the Elle Style awards, at a private event for St Germain liqueur and even stepped onto the stage for a solo striptease in Carousel at the Islington Metal Works. She even pops up alongside Katie & Jade in a viral video for LGBT rights we were part of, blowing kisses at the camera.
If you're interested in becoming a Rouge like Jess then please e-mail cabaretrouge@live.co.uk with photos and details. We typically take on a number of swings during busy periods like Christmas, or to cover for Rougies who take a break to go on tour and if they're as good as Jess, those swings find themselves as fully-fledged Cabaret Rouge dancers.
Selena Gomez celebrating her birthday with Cara Delvinge by ordering a Cabaret Rouge fruit bowl
Rougie beauties Katie and Caroline have been spending the summer season over in Saint Tropez at the A-list hangout Villa Romana.
As well as performing their routines, they've been putting on some extra special performances for some of the clientele including being a human fruit bowl for Selena Gomez who was there to celebrate her birthday.
They've certainly been causing a storm on Instagram - here are some of our favourites:
As well as our intimate Salon des Artistes shows we have been doing for Black Cat, our exclusive routines are also on the larger stage as part of the cast at the Grand Hall. Tickets for 29th March are selling out fast and Black Cat have produced a handy seating guide to explain the different ticket types that range from £14.50 mezzanine seats right up to £75 VIP dining packages.

It's a spectacular show that is like nothing we've come across in London (or Paris, New York, Vegas or anywhere in the world for that matter!) and one of our favourites to perform in. All of our routines, including Ballet Whores, Balkan Can Can, Tango Apache and Doppelganger are completely unique to Black Cat and you won't see them anywhere else. You don't have to take our word for how good it is though, the London Cabaret Awards 2014 honoured the show with the top gong of Best Production!
We recently performed at a burlesque brunch event for the delicious elderflower liqueur brand St Germain and the ever-fabulous Tigz Rice was on hand to capture it.
It was the debut of our new french maid burlesque routine "les femmes de chambre" which we created specifically to fit with the brand's image and existing marketing.

The maids outfits were a custom, hand-made commission made from beautiful, high-quality fabric by Isla Campbell to make sure we were nowhere near the tacky, cliched, fancy dress french maids outfits that are two a penny. When we peeled them off, the lingerie sets came from a Dolci Follie, a luxury lingerie boutique in London's Notting Hill and the nipple pasties were from our friends over at Holloway Smith Noir.
We started with some hostessing to welcome guests to the event and performed the burlesque version of our french maid routine (it can also be performed without a striptease). It was then over to the lovely ladies in attendance who joined in a burlesque workshop led by our dancers who had just performed.

Having imparted some of their knowledge in the art of the tease, our beautiful ladies took to the stage once more to perform our fan dance, clad in our signature line of pasties/merkins by Holloway Smith Noir, as a finale to a spectacular event.

For the second year running we took to the stage at London's Troxy as part of the stage show the Lyceum Fire & Ice show. Here's a little gallery from the event, bonus points if you can name the Rougie owner of the naked bottom
We also took a few backstage, where you can see just how see through our outfits warned so be prepared for nipples!
Yesterday (Monday 10th January 2014) our showgirls appeared on the Alan Titchmarsh show. In their full Vegas sequin & feather outfits they escorted Alan on the show and took part in a feature to test lipsticks out for Valentines Day. If you missed it, it's available on catch up for a few weeks.
Our Vegas style showgirls are available for all sorts of events and can be booked by getting in touch with cabaretrouge@live.co.uk
We've got a showreel of all our television and film appearances in the pipeline which will be on the website in Spring.
Hot on the heels of our charleston in Peaky Blinders on BBC 2 and nude fan dance in the feature film The Look of Love, we recently shot another BBC 1 drama series The Game where we played the role of 1970s strippers.
Keep an eye out in 2014 for us in this Cold War spy thriller starring Tom Hughes, Brian Cox, Paul Ritter & Shaun Dooley.
Hot on the heels of The Look of Love, Cabaret Rouge appeared on BBC2 in the drama series Peaky Blinders starring Cillian Murphy. We were the 1920s flappers, the "Busby Barclay Showgirls" performing at the races. If you're quick you can still catch Episode 3 on BBC iPlayer.
